All we can say is – All hail God Jihyo!
TWICE’s Jihyo looks like absolute royalty in her prepossessing performance project video for her cover of “Crown (Camila Cabello & Grey)”. The girl group leader awed as she unleashed her fierce side in her cover.
The stunning star is the second member to release a performance project. Previously, the stellar girl group’s main dancer Momo unveiled an electrifying performance cover of the tracks “Tadow (Masego & FKJ)” and “Bad (Christopher)”.
The songstress looks absolutely breathtaking to say the least. Donning an incredible warrior empress inspired ensemble in the video, all from her minimal makeup and dark, long tresses, she unequivocally slays.
Jihyo spotlights her dangerously dynamic dance moves through the clip. She undeniably channels a certain sultry feel with her fluid yet fierce choreography. The vocalist mesmerizes as she commands the video with gravitas and with sheer panache at that.
The TWICE leader further amps up the passionate vibe of the video with her golden vocals. The artist spellbinds with her sublime melodies. She highlights her honeyed voice, showcasing her deep notes and not to mention, faultless falsettos, which only adds to the overall allure of the video.
From the start till the end, Jihyo ensures that all eyes are solely on her. She captivates with her electrifying performance that makes a resounding statement. Jihyo powerfully asserts that she’s indeed sitting on her throne and wearing the crown like the queen she is!
On the other hand, TWICE has been smashing record after impressive record. The nine member group’s music video for their Japanese track “Breakthrough” recently became their 17th music video to achieve the 100 million milestone on YouTube.
This feat made TWICE the official world record holder of the girl group with the most music videos to have surpassed 100 million views. The previous record holders were the British girl group Little Mix, who has hit 100 million views with 16 different music videos to date.
Meanwhile, TWICE is gearing up to make their exciting comeback. The latest release comes after about eight months post their second full-length album Eyes Wide Open. Their new EP Taste of Love will unveil across multiple music sources on June 11.
